Well-Being Resources

Childline has a wealth of free resources including a coping kit.

When you're feeling low or overwhelmed, it can be hard to know how to cope. But distracting yourself or doing something positive can really help. Even doing just one positive thing every day can help to improve your mood. Not sure what you want to do today? Use their tool kit to help:

The WF-I Can site offers support and advice for young people. There is a chat facility on the website which you can use to chat with a community navigator (Monday- Friday 1pm-5pm and 7pm-9pm)
